Welcome to Mälaren Equine Veterinary Clinic, Örebro. Located beside Örebrotravet, Marieberg, beside the E20 motorway, our modern equine clinic has the latest medical equipment, expert veterinarians and experienced farriers. Here, you and your horse will receive personal service from our experienced veterinarians and assistants.

Thursday: 08.00-20.00
Friday: 08.00-16.30
Please note! You can only book an appointment during the reception’s regular opening hours. The on-call staff cannot book appointments for you.
Patients are mainly cared for here during the day. Horses that require 24/7 care, certain specific medical examinations or surgery beyond what we can offer here are referred to our equine hospital in Sigtuna or, if necessary, another equine hospital.
About the clinic:
In 2023 we moved into our newly renovated premises at Örebrotravet, beside the E20 motorway. We offer various veterinary treatments including regenerative and conventional medicine.
Our facilities have state-of-the-art equipment, offering the latest in X-ray and ultrasound technology, shockwave and endoscopy for airway examinations. We treat problems in the cervical spine, back and sacroiliac (SI) joints. We work with both conventional and regenerative orthopaedic treatments. Several of our veterinarians on site who have a great interest in horses used in trotting races.
Mälaren Equine Veterinary Clinic Örebro also offers pony measurements and can always provide simpler check-up procedures such as endoscopies and blood tests after starts for trotters.
