We have a whistleblower function for those who need to report serious misconduct. The function can be used by:
- Employees
- Former employees
- Job seekers
- Consultants
- Sub-contractors
- Others with a professional connection to Mälaren Equine Veterinary Clinic
What can you report?
You can report events that involve:
- Danger to life, health or safety
- Risk of extensive environmental damage
- Suspicions of financial irregularities, corruption, bribery or conflict of interest
- Other serious deviations from the law or ethics
The purpose of the whistleblower function is to draw the attention of management to suspected illegal or unethical activities.
What should not be reported here?
The whistleblower function is not for:
- Complaints
- Customer matters
- Labour law disputes or personal conflicts
Such matters should instead be handled through regular contact channels.
